A crucifix attributed to Giotto

July 9th, 2009 | by Benedict |

It 'was completed on the restoration of All Saints practiced at Crucified' Precious Stones of Florence.

The painting was previously attributed to a relative or a student of the school artist. A completed restoration was possible to hypothesize that the painting, first in the church of All Saints, is due precisely to Giotto.

The painting has been dated to the second decade of the fourteenth century.
