Magic Italy: the logo to relaunch the Italian tourism
June 13th, 2009 | by Joseph C. |At the start mark "Magic Italy" for the revival of tourism in Italy [...] "... I approved this very night the brand that has been called the" Magic Italy, "Italy to launch and attract tourists from here all over the world, "said Berlusconi.
These, and a few other lines, have been written yesterday on the Ministry of Culture site on the new brand that will have the task of relaunching the Italian tourism.
The trademark, however, has generated much discussion. Launched by Michela Vittoria Brambilla to TG4, the night between 7 and 8 June, the new brand was immediately drawn to the opinions of the blogosphere.
Let us first consider the service of TG4.
The discussion started by SocialDesignZine that, in no uncertain terms, he wrote:
"This crock of barbarism luminescent graphics, on closer examination, it has neither the structure nor status, nor the dignity of a brand: it seems hardly applicable in any context, does not have a background either symbolic or narrative. It says nothing, says nothing, means nothing. In Italy speak a language that is not Italian ... It should be noted only for the presuppositional useless graphic ... "
Leave no room for doubt even the words posted on the blog Emmebi :
"Magic Italy smells of home shopping night of the first year of commercial TV"
To finish with a joke published by Luttazzi on his blog:
"The logo Berlusconi's" Magic Italy "is so bad that he did out of the depression the designers of the Duna. (Charles Stones) "
From the pages of Corriere.it Michela Vittoria Brambilla stated that "In recent days, while some have shown no definitive proofs" the final work should be submitted by the end of June. Let's hope so!
I'm waiting for your comments.
