Museums: visits down in 2008, the largest decline in Campania

The Campania region has the largest decline among the Italian regions, in 2008, in fact, visits to museums decreased by 13.88%. Down, then, are the revenues from tickets indicating a - 10.54%.

After we find the Campania Tuscany, with a negative percentage of -7.58% of visits and a decrease of receipts derived -1,274,833 euros.
Different situation and Lazio in exhibits an opposite +6.41 visitors and an important profit of EUR +1,878,603.

The data concerning the general state of the 400 facilities (museums, monuments and archaeological areas) of the Ministry of Culture detect a loss of -3.88% -1.91% and a corresponding revenue.
