Doctoral research: a new section!

Hello everyone,
inaugurating the present article a new section: "PhD".

The phase of "reluctance" to introduce this new section was rather long, because the aura of suspicion surrounding the contests PhD has increasingly deepened over the years.
However, this space was designed as a place for information, and the only possibility, and we believe, is freedom of information. Free to all, free from expectations and also from considerations of us editors.
