Beloch Sorrento: a conference historiographical
March 24th, 2009 | by Anna |Saturday, March 28, at Villa Fondi, houses the Archaeological Museum of the Sorrento Peninsula in Piano di Sorrento (Na), will host a conference entitled "Karl Julius Beloch. From antiquity to the Sorrento Campania ".
The historiographical convention, in memory of Claudio Ferone, and is organized by the publishing house "Oebalus", in collaboration with the City of Piano di Sorrento and the town of Sorrento.
At the first session, "KJ Beloch and historiography ', chaired by Giuseppe Galasso, participate Leandro Polverini, Angel Russi, Luigi Gallo, Gianluca Alfredina Storchi Marino and Tagliamonte.
Pier Giovanni Guzzo chaired the afternoon session, "KJ Beloch and ancient Campania", during which will be presented with reports of Mauritius Bugno, Eduardo Federico, Giuseppe Camodeca, Cerchiai Luke, Michael Crawford and Mario Russo.
